we strive to improve the lives of our amazing people

We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge, our people have joined us from a range of other providers and provisions; they might have been in hospital for some time prior to being ready for a step down to their own home where they can develop independent living skills and promote their independence. We work with individuals to develop support plans to promote skills and independence, others may have come to school leaving age.

We will commence a detailed, collaborative assessment of needs, wishes, likes and dislikes and how best to reduce the limitations any behaviours of concerns have on day to day life. This will include environmental risks both at home and out and about.

Each of the support packages of the people we support will have the oversight of an experienced, Positive Behaviour Support Coordinator who will work together with the hand-picked support team and their wider multi-disciplinary team to create a bespoke support package.
