We accept referrals from local authorities, integrated care boards and individuals/families with direct payment provision.

Once an enquiry or referral is made, we will work with the you as the individual and/or those people who know you best and are most important to you to assess if a package of support from Liberty Support will be the best thing and where an induvial lacks capacity we work closely with our commissioning partners to ensure the correct legal frameworks are in place.
